Impart is a research and transfer institute founded in 1999 as a spin-off of the University of Osnabrück. Its concepts and test systems are based on theory of personality system interactions by Julius Kuhl. In their projects, effex makes regular use of the Personality Assessment (TOP-diagnostic), which is based on the aforementioned theory by Kuhl.
